The World English Bible is a work in progress. Genesis through Deuteronomy, Esther through Song of Songs, Hosea through Malachi, and the New Testament are essentially done. Editing work continues on the other books, mostly in the form of slight updates to language and punctuation, but the meaning should be correct as they are now.
